ICS Copper Systems provides Mokambo update

Friday , 03 Oct 2008

With the current turmoil in the financial markets your management would like to reassure you that your company will soon be distinguished from the crowd in that the company will shortly be producing a small amount of copper from it's EMEW plant, as advised in previous News Releases, and therefore will have cash flow and will be able to weather the current financial storm that we think will sink many others.

The construction of the EMEW plant is well advanced as evidenced by the attached photographs taken within the last few weeks.

As also mentioned in previous News Releases a NI 43-101 Resource  Report on the  Mokambo property will  be announced shortly. Stay tuned.

With the current fire sale going on in the market today, it may be prudent for some of you to average down now at these lower prices and increase your ICX investment.

Graham Chisholm, President and CEO recently appeared on Taylor Theon's BTV segment and can be seen at the following link http://www.b-tv.com/media/ceoicscopper.wmv

Graham also recently participated in a Media conference in vancouver and will be featured on the Money Channel/Fox News video clip during the coming weeks.

In addition to the above media presentations Graham will be presenting to the Wall Street Investors in New York on November 12th and at Mine Africa in Toronto on November 14th.

These are exciting times.

Should you wish to speak with either myself or  Robert Stewart or Brett Whitelaw,  please do not hesitate to call.

Regards,
