This is another major precious metals supplier, dealing with just about any sort of precious metal that is out there, including copper. Just as mentioned before with AMPEX, they specialize in both gold and silver, while also offering an IRA program that helps customers when preparing their savings. They offer a full service platform and offer proper storage, whether for purchased gold or for an IRA.

To get great deals, they have a section entitled On Sale Now, where they list discounts and sales that may only be available for a limited time. Many of the sales can be at lower prices when you decide to use a personal check or perform a wire transfer.

There are over 30,000 orders processed each month by JM Bullion through their Dallas headquarters. The company has worked hard to focus on becoming a leader in the industry by working to provide the best pricing and customer service. They offer customer service Monday through Saturday, with the average answer time on a call being about 20 seconds, which translates into never having a wait time on hold for someone to answer.

They are A+ rated business with the Better Business Bureau but still have 90 complaints in the time of writing this review. They have been fully accredited since July 14, 2014. The company has met the standards put out by the Better Business Bureau and have regular monitoring and review by the agency. Over 3 years, the business has had 98 complaints, where 32 of them have taken place in the last 12 months. There are still no reviews listed on TrustLink.
