One thing that I would like to emphasize after reading a lot of customer reviews, is the fact that the president, Kaaran actually deals with his clients and makes sure that they are receiving a quality service. This is very rare in the self-directed IRA’s industry as most of the companies just have pushy sales people and don’t actually care about the customer.
One thing you need to be aware of is the fact that uDirect IRA is a fairly new company, which is not necessarily bad but you should definitely consider it.

Although uDirect strives to offer the best possible service, they fall short in some areas. They are fairly new and for me, I found that other companies suit my needs better. I wouldn’t recommend them as there are other companies with more experience and history. Although they meet most of my criteria, I just feel they are lacking a couple of years to “mature”.
